Durrington Vintage Vehicle Event

The Durrington Events Team is looking forward to this year’s Durrington Vintage Vehicle event, which is taking place at the end of May this year. The event has grown in years to become a popular vintage rally on the rally calendar and attracts not only vintage vehicle enthusiasts but those who want to browse the trade stands or enjoy the music entertainment held over the weekend.
Organiser, John Todd says that organising the event this year requires a budget of nearly £12k, and this has been a challenge as rising costs have affected everything we do. With this in mind, this year’s admission charges reflect what is required to cover the costs and we hope that £3 a day single visit, or a three-day wristband at £7 will suit most pockets. We have limited parking nearby, and lots of our visitors walk to the event or park elsewhere in the village, and this helps us a lot.
On the weekend, we will have on display 100’s of vintage exhibits and things from the bygone era, with lots to see and do over the weekend including our music night on the Saturday evening where visitors picnic in front of the stage. We are so looking forward to putting on our event for Durrington.
